Completed by 10,000 in 29 days.  
Results include:  1.8 percentage point change in body fat now down to 20% - woo hoo.  Loss of .75 inches on waist and 2&quot; on abdomen.  No change on the hips, though (sigh).  Observations:  Had the best results on week 1.  Sick during week 2 and had no results ( only had 1700 swings that week). Probably should have bought a heavier KB halfway through to continue seeing results comparable to week 1. 

Thanks for this Caroline.  I am now inspired for spring!!!</description>
